Jolene Horn has been in the industry for 16+ years, with roles ranging from Property Manager, Customer Service Manager, Director of Property Management, and Vice President, and has both CMCA and AMS certifications. Jolene is extremely customer service driven and excels in out-of-the-box thinking.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Taryn Martin has been in the Property Management industry for over 15 years. She is skilled in negotiation and operations management, and has served in multiple positions including Portfolio Manager, Director of Business Services, and President. She possesses multiple certifications, including CCAM, CMCA, and AMS.

VICE PRESIDENT

Sarah Karlovic has been in the HOA management industry for over 13 years and holds the CMCA certification. She began as a portfolio manager, then a Senior Community Manager specializing in New Project Development and has held the role as Director of Community Management. Sarah is passionate about creating lasting professional relationships, serving the communities she manages with an elevated level of care, and mentoring new talent in the industry.
